Our Story.

day100 started with an inspiration. While managing recruiting at past companies, we experienced the difficulties of selecting candidates first-hand. How can you determine the best-fit candidates based on a piece of paper where the candidates are almost required to overstate their accomplishments?

More than that, resumes and even interviews were giving us the “day 1” image of the candidate: the perfect, polished version. How can you instead get a feel of the candidate’s actual performance: a view of their long-term or “day 100” fit with the position and the company?

Our answer to these questions is simple: the best way to know and candidates is through the people who already know them well. Using smart, psychology-based references and a process of matching candidates to the job based on holistic fit, we help employers identify the right candidates more effectively, and deliver to them a personalized candidate experience.
